Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: well good day everybody how’s it going I’m coming edge from the studio today and I’ve got an awesome awesome video about the settings that I use for the DJI phantom4 Pro had the opportunity today to shoot a small little real estate project on my friends phantom 4 Pro I just sold my maverick so I didn’t have the Maverick with me but I was able to take his and I’m just gonna grab it and get it set up and we can get straight into this video you hear she is little beast I actually love this drone probably my favorite drone I’ve flown them like the Mavic 2 or Mavic 3 and that’s the only one but today I got to fly this all on my own which was awesome so let me just quickly set up the controller and we’ll get into the settings all right so here we can see the camera we’ll got a low battery warning here we’re on 30 27% battery but basically we’re gonna go sort of through some settings here so we’ll open up the camera settings by jumping across to the video here and jumping into the settings now this footage I’m going to show you right now is what I shot today just a few little snippets of a house that I shot up in Brisbane and basically it was a bit of a cloudy day and had some overcast and was a little bit dark and everything so I chose settings that I thought were appropriate for those conditions so there is some form of thought that you have to go through setting up the drone and making sure that the settings you’re choosing are going to be worth like working for the certain situation so I chose to use a filter I used an nd8 filter which i think is now on the drone yet so it’s an nd8 filter that’s on the drone and I’ll show you what sort of filters my friend has got just focus that for you it’s in focus there see these are the filters that I used so when I actually got the drone and opened up and got it out of the box it had a nd for filter and I felt like that might have worked for me that might have worked you know not too bad for the type of day it was overcast day but I wanted to get up a little bit higher and maybe there would be more light around the horizon so I chose the ND 8 to use so switched up to the nd 8 and then fly it up the drone and jumped into the settings so basically here my ISO straight away it was on auto and I put it straight to manual and almost immediately straight to manual bias so right down the bottom at 100 I don’t want to introduce any noise there’s no reason whatsoever to shoot anything over 100 on a day that was there was plenty of light I didn’t need to boost ISO whatsoever so the aperture I kind of wanted to get the surrounding areas not just the house in focus so my auto focus was on the house itself but I wanted to get everything in great focus so for that I chose the five point six and then I was shooting in 60 frames per second so I chose a shudder of one over 120 now this back to the cinematic idea is basically double the frame rate and that gives you what’s called a 180-degree frame rate in the film industry that gives you a really good overall look and smooth motion to the footage so I was shooting in 60p because I wanted the option to be able to slow it down later in the 25p timeline so I chose to shoot it in 120 frames per second at 60 P so you could probably shoot in 60 at 60 but I wanted to get that nice motion blur knowing that there’s quite a number of frames packed into one one second so that’s what I chose for that this exposure compensation I’ve – – I’m not sure I think that was set that’s probably set for it currently how where we are in the scene currently and what it’s looking at we’re just just looking at my desk here currently so that was the settings I had for the this first setting here across in the next setting I shot into 0.7 K so the video size I didn’t need for K I’m gonna be exporting this down to a nine and twenty P timeline but I did want a little bit extra wiggle room to stabilize the footage in post and what I noticed with the drone is and perhaps I didn’t know exactly the settings when I open up the drone but it was a little bit twitchy it seems to be a lot more twitchy than my maverick pro so what I did to compensate for that is I just made sure that I shot in two point seven at sixty frames so then if I need to whop stabilize then it get rid of some of that twitchiness then I can do that in post later so if I had more time with the drone I would have said it so that it was less sensitive on the controls so you’ll see some of my footage it is a little bit twitchy the raw footage but it’s just because I wasn’t used to the drone in the way it was set up so I was happy to shoot in two point seven K and then crop a little bit in if I need to or I can then stabilize in post so that’s why I went for that there the next one so video format was mauve NTSC because I wanted to shoot in sixty you’d be pal if you wanted to shoot in fifty frames per second I used the auto white balance because the light wasn’t changing much and I knew it would do an okay job style I went for none so standard so no sharpness or contrast or anything on the footage and I usually shoot flat like that and I’m happy with that I went on the D cine like now reason for that is because my brother-in-law who I did the video which I’ll link above now it was driving to Cape Town I think the vlog is called anyway I’ll link it above it was a 4k super vlog so a long vlog where we did a lot of drawing work and stuff like that and have a look at my brother-in-law markku visuals so amazing to be with him that day and shoot all that crazy good footage and a crazy good vlog but he used dicen like pro and a destiny like and I really like that so I went for dicen you like and I’ve been happy with that general in general so the other one is camera video codec was h.264 so I haven’t had any any work on h.265 never used that so I just stuck with h.264 for that the last setting was I wanted the histogram on a couple things here weren’t on so I really wanted to know what the the actual light I was getting looked like so with those settings and the overcast day I managed to get a great overall picture and the histogram showed me that there was really no clipping of the highlights this is a histogram you can see over here and it was really well spaced out and like really nicely placed in the middle no matter where I flew the drone up or down so that’s what you want to see you want to see a really even spread on your histogram you want to make sure that you’ve got these settings where you’ve got if you’re shooting in let me go back a step here if you’re shooting in 24 frames a second you want to select a shudder of 50 and you want to lock in your shutter at 50 if you’re shooting 60 frames a second you want to lock in your shutter at 120 so the 180 degree rule comes into play it’s really important with that so they were my base settings for the shoot again 100 ISO shut up one over 120 f-stop of five point six because I wanted to get not just a short focal depth the Mavic sorry the phantom it goes down as low as f 2.8 but I wanted to give it a little bit more depth so I could see a little bit more of the this scene myself the Eevee I think I’m not sure if that’s doing auto or not you and then some of the settings through here basically I wanted it to I had a lot of trees for this shoot so one of the main considerations was I wanted the home the return to home to be more than 20 meters so I put it up to 30 meters and I launched it and I made sure my home point was set where there was no trees above so taking off and landing it was really important to be to make sure that the home point was set for that takeoff and landing position now what you need to do with that is something really important that is that you want to make sure you fly 10 meters up on your first takeoff because then it actually sets the home point and very accurately and it will then fly back it will fly to that altitude and will fly back and it will land within like you know half a meter within like 250 millimeters it’ll land really really close to where it took off but if you just kind of go up three meters and then and then fly forward and then kind of maneuver the drone under you know 2 or 3 meters off the ground that tends to not be very accurate when it comes returned to home and if you’re around trees it’s really critical that it returns to home correctly and lands correctly like straight up and down because if it doesn’t you’ll hit a tree you’ll clip something and it won’t be it’ll be your fault because you didn’t set the drone off correctly from the right point so it says it I think in here maybe it tells you that you’ve got to go up to that altitude no the other one I did was I was in I was right on the edge of a major airport zone so I run an app that tells me that it’s five point five kilometers away and I was about five point five comments running the edge of it so the app was telling me that I wasn’t able to fly there but as soon as I fired up the DJI it let me fly there and didn’t have any warnings so means I was about five point I was between five kilometers and five point five kilometers from an airport so what was really important there is that I didn’t fly too high because I didn’t want to be in anyone’s flight path so I kept to the drone probably around 100 meters is all I went up but I kept it 200 so if I did get a little bit excited or if I wanted to go a little bit higher to get that Primera shot that I wasn’t gonna go over 200 and go into any flight paths or anything like that so I kept really careful I kept my eye on the drone the whole time and never let my eye off the joint I made sure I knew where the drone was at all times so that’s a really cool feature and sitting there you know if you’re only doing a real estate photography gig or something that doesn’t go very high you know set that to 100 set that to 80 like there’s no need to fly a super high if you don’t need to and then max distance I didn’t have anything set for that I just left all those but you can set a thinking max distance to fly away you’ve got to enable that I didn’t have any that set I didn’t need any of that set so that was all the settings I’ve pretty much had didn’t change any of these but as I said there was a little bit of a twitch in the controller and everything so there would be it’s fine would probably if I flew with this drone particularly again I would jump into these settings and I would look up look at this a little bit a little bit more depth to make sure that the settings weren’t so twitchy and weren’t so yeah I guess it was like really it had some micro moves and stuff without that I wasn’t didn’t feel like I was introducing when I was flying it but they were there so I had to just work with that as I was flying so yeah that’s kind of the settings that I had for that so this is for like I said something that I can use in a 25 frames per second timeline and I can slow down the footage like shot in 60 P to get that slow-motion feel so I kind of shot everything a little bit quicker than real time so I was sort of flying the drone quite fast I wasn’t doing I wasn’t doing really slow moves I was using the drone quite quickly with these settings so what I’ll do now is I’ll show you how we just set up the drone to shoot in the a normal mode like a normal shooting mode so come across to here now 100 ISO again this is during the day and I would probably shoot around depending on what I was looking at but around 3 to 4 aperture so not as wide or not as big aperture so I don’t need as much detail in the shot so around about 4 and then I would shoot at one over 51 over 60 it’s gonna let me do in this mode so what I’ll do is I’ll change my shutter so go into video size and I’ll go to 24 frames per second and I would probably shoot if I was going to be using the footage and we’re wanting to get that crisp quality great quality I probably shoot in the 4k at 24 frames per second something like that so 30 30 frames per second can give you a little bit more smoothness but I find that 24 on 24 at 50 frames per second like I mentioned before so coming back over to the settings here and setting this to 50 frames per second a 50 shutter sorry 50 shutter so essentially the shutter then is going to be double the frame rate so 24 frames per second and we’re going to shoot the shot at 50 and that tends to give me a really nice shutter effect and really nice feel to the footage some people would like to shoot in 30 frames per second and then conform it to 24 but I find that 24 and 50 shutter works really well as well and looks really clean out of the DJI phantom so and everything similar here I might then choose depending on the day a different setting for this if I knew that say I was gonna be flying and I was going to be turning the drone and going from a cloudy sort of the clouds into the Sun then instead of letting this auto I might then set it on either cloudy or sunny depending on what I wanted to be the subject of the shot so if I was turning from clouds to Sun and I wanted to feature the Sun like the shot I’m about to show you now which actually I shot on the Mavic Pro but just to show you what that looks like coming up over a mountain and then into a Sun scene then I would set it to sunny so that I know that the white balance is not going to shift on me when I’m coming into that you know the hero of that shot which is the sunset coming into the sensor so you don’t want the auto white balance to begin to shift on you and then shift all the colors because then you have to that later in post so it’s really then good to use sunny for that and then like I say if it’s cloudy if there’s a big lot of clouds and rain or something that I’m wanting to feature and I’m coming from a sunny area or like a grassy area and then pounding up into a sunny area then I would want to use cloudy and then set it for the cloud scene so that you’re not getting shifts in the white balance but today it was all good I shot an auto white balance and the footage looks great so the style then I would also keep standard I know there’s other settings for this that some people have dialed in and if I was to be with a drone for like a week or two or three and shot for three or four times with it then I’d probably begin to dial in some settings that I was liking in post as well but for that I said it flat and I was happy with that today so all the other things would be the same overexposed is probably good to use sometimes because that will show you where in the scene there’s it’ll give you the Zebras to show you what’s overexposed in the scene but I use the histogram over here so there’s no issues with that I could have had that on or off and it wouldn’t have mattered too much so there my settings for 24 frames per second and getting a cinematic look out of your drone and knowing that that’s shooting in real time so that’s the way that I would cover it and shoot it in real time then I would be more think more about my moves I would probably like not fly the drone so fast knowing that I’m not going to be able to slow it down if I’m shooting in 24 frames per second well guys thanks so much for watching that’s my settings that I used to capture the footage that you saw in the video on the DJI phantom4 Pro and you know what after flying’s today after looking at the footage that I’ve captured one of the things that I thought was I’m probably going to wait until the Phantom 5 comes out and then I’m gonna buy one of these I’m gonna get a secondhand phantom 4 because it’s a rock-solid drone the footage looks incredible and I know what I’m getting I know what I can get out of it I had the Mavic Pro I love that drone the Mavic 2 pro looks awesome as well but the travel aspect of it is great but when I go to a shoot I’m taking gear anyway and you know a bag like this an extra bag like this when you know you’re going to a commercial shoot is not that bad it’s not like the worst thing ever I just like the image quality out of the Phantom sensor and you know they’re going to come on the market much much cheaper already I’m seeing these for like 1,300 1,200 1,300 1,400 Aussie dollars so represents great value right now in the drone market so thanks so much for watching this video you guys subscribe if you haven’t already to the channel you won’t be disappointed in the content that I’m going to be producing I’ve got a patreon page as well if you Déroulement de la vidéo:

0.179 well good day everybody how&;s it going
0.179 I&;m coming edge from the studio today
0.179 and I&;ve got an awesome awesome video
0.179 about the settings that I use for the
0.179 DJI phantom4 Pro had the opportunity
0.179 today to shoot a small little real
0.179 estate project on my friends phantom 4
0.179 Pro I just sold my maverick so I didn&;t
0.179 have the Maverick with me but I was able
0.179 to take his and I&;m just gonna grab it
0.179 and get it set up and we can get
0.179 straight into this video
0.179 you hear she is little beast I actually
0.179 love this drone probably my favorite
0.179 drone
0.179 I&;ve flown them like the Mavic 2 or
0.179 Mavic 3 and that&;s the only one but
0.179 today I got to fly this all on my own
0.179 which was awesome
0.179 so let me just quickly set up the
0.179 controller and we&;ll get into the
0.179 settings all right so here we can see
0.179 the camera we&;ll got a low battery
0.179 warning here we&;re on 30 27% battery but
0.179 basically we&;re gonna go sort of through
0.179 some settings here so we&;ll open up the
0.179 camera settings by jumping across to the
0.179 video here and jumping into the settings
0.179 now this footage I&;m going to show you
0.179 right now is what I shot today just a
0.179 few little snippets of a house that I
0.179 shot up in Brisbane and basically it was
0.179 a bit of a cloudy day and had some
0.179 overcast and was a little bit dark and
0.179 everything so I chose settings that I
0.179 thought were appropriate for those
0.179 conditions so there is some form of
0.179 thought that you have to go through
0.179 setting up the drone and making sure
0.179 that the settings you&;re choosing are
0.179 going to be worth like working for the
0.179 certain situation so I chose to use a
0.179 filter I used an nd8 filter which i
0.179 think is now on the drone yet so it&;s an
0.179 nd8 filter that&;s on the drone and I&;ll
0.179 show you what sort of filters my friend
0.179 has got just focus that for you
0.179 it&;s in focus there see these are the
0.179 filters that I used so when I actually
0.179 got the drone and opened up and got it
0.179 out of the box
0.179 it had a nd for filter and I felt like
0.179 that might have worked for me that might
0.179 have worked you know not too bad for the
0.179 type of day it was overcast day but I
0.179 wanted to get up a little bit higher and
0.179 maybe there would be more light around
0.179 the horizon so I chose the ND 8 to use
0.179 so switched up to the nd 8 and then fly
0.179 it up the drone and jumped into the
0.179 settings so basically here my ISO
0.179 straight away it was on auto and I put
0.179 it straight to manual and almost
0.179 immediately straight to manual bias so
0.179 right down the bottom at 100 I don&;t
0.179 want to introduce any noise there&;s no
0.179 reason whatsoever to shoot anything over
0.179 100 on a day that was there was plenty
0.179 of light I didn&;t need to boost ISO
0.179 whatsoever so the aperture I kind of
0.179 wanted to get the surrounding areas not
0.179 just the house in focus so my auto focus
0.179 was on the house itself but I wanted to
0.179 get everything in great focus so for
0.179 that I chose the five point six and then
0.179 I was shooting in 60 frames per second
0.179 so I chose a shudder of one over 120 now
0.179 this back to the cinematic idea is
0.179 basically double the frame rate and that
0.179 gives you what&;s called a 180-degree
0.179 frame rate in the film industry that
0.179 gives you a really good overall look and
0.179 smooth motion to the footage so I was
0.179 shooting in 60p because I wanted the
0.179 option to be able to slow it down later
0.179 in the 25p timeline so I chose to shoot
0.179 it in 120 frames per second at 60 P so
0.179 you could probably shoot in 60 at 60 but
0.179 I wanted to get that nice motion blur
0.179 knowing that there&;s quite a number of
0.179 frames packed into one one second so
0.179 that&;s what I chose for that this
0.179 exposure compensation I&;ve – – I&;m not
0.179 sure I think that
0.179 was set that&;s probably set for it
0.179 currently how where we are in the scene
0.179 currently and what it&;s looking at we&;re
0.179 just just looking at my desk here
0.179 currently so that was the settings I had
0.179 for the this first setting here across
0.179 in the next setting I shot into 0.7 K so
0.179 the video size I didn&;t need for K I&;m
0.179 gonna be exporting this down to a nine
0.179 and twenty P timeline but I did want a
0.179 little bit extra wiggle room to
0.179 stabilize the footage in post and what I
0.179 noticed with the drone is and perhaps I
0.179 didn&;t know exactly the settings when I
0.179 open up the drone but it was a little
0.179 bit twitchy it seems to be a lot more
0.179 twitchy than my maverick pro so what I
0.179 did to compensate for that is I just
0.179 made sure that I shot in two point seven
0.179 at sixty frames so then if I need to
0.179 whop stabilize then it get rid of some
0.179 of that twitchiness then I can do that
0.179 in post later so if I had more time with
0.179 the drone I would have said it so that
0.179 it was less sensitive on the controls so
0.179 you&;ll see some of my footage it is a
0.179 little bit twitchy the raw footage but
0.179 it&;s just because I wasn&;t used to the
0.179 drone in the way it was set up so I was
0.179 happy to shoot in two point seven K and
0.179 then crop a little bit in if I need to
0.179 or I can then stabilize in post
0.179 so that&;s why I went for that there the
0.179 next one so video format was mauve NTSC
0.179 because I wanted to shoot in sixty you&;d
0.179 be pal if you wanted to shoot in fifty
0.179 frames per second I used the auto white
0.179 balance because the light wasn&;t
0.179 changing much and I knew it would do an
0.179 okay job style I went for none so
0.179 standard so no sharpness or contrast or
0.179 anything on the footage and I usually
0.179 shoot flat like that and I&;m happy with
0.179 that
0.179 I went on the D cine like now reason for
0.179 that is because my brother-in-law who I
0.179 did the video which I&;ll link above now
0.179 it was driving to Cape Town I think the
0.179 vlog is called anyway I&;ll link it above
0.179 it was a 4k super vlog so a long vlog
0.179 where we did a lot of drawing work and
0.179 stuff like that and have a look at my
0.179 brother-in-law
0.179 markku visuals so
0.179 amazing to be with him that day and
0.179 shoot all that crazy good footage and a
0.179 crazy good vlog but he used dicen like
0.179 pro and a destiny like and I really like
0.179 that so I went for dicen you like and
0.179 I&;ve been happy with that general in
0.179 general so the other one is camera video
0.179 codec was h.264 so I haven&;t had any any
0.179 work on h.265 never used that so I just
0.179 stuck with h.264 for that the last
0.179 setting was I wanted the histogram on a
0.179 couple things here weren&;t on so I
0.179 really wanted to know what the the
0.179 actual light I was getting looked like
0.179 so with those settings and the overcast
0.179 day I managed to get a great overall
0.179 picture and the histogram showed me that
0.179 there was really no clipping of the
0.179 highlights this is a histogram you can
0.179 see over here and it was really well
0.179 spaced out and like really nicely placed
0.179 in the middle no matter where I flew the
0.179 drone up or down so that&;s what you want
0.179 to see you want to see a really even
0.179 spread on your histogram you want to
0.179 make sure that you&;ve got these settings
0.179 where you&;ve got if you&;re shooting in
0.179 let me go back a step here if you&;re
0.179 shooting in 24 frames a second you want
0.179 to select a shudder of 50 and you want
0.179 to lock in your shutter at 50 if you&;re
0.179 shooting 60 frames a second you want to
0.179 lock in your shutter at 120
0.179 so the 180 degree rule comes into play
0.179 it&;s really important with that so they
0.179 were my base settings for the shoot
0.179 again 100 ISO shut up one over 120
0.179 f-stop of five point six because I
0.179 wanted to get not just a short focal
0.179 depth the Mavic sorry the phantom it
0.179 goes down as low as f 2.8 but I wanted
0.179 to give it a little bit more depth so I
0.179 could see a little bit more of the this
0.179 scene myself the Eevee I think I&;m not
0.179 sure if that&;s doing auto or not
0.179 you
0.179 and then some of the settings through
0.179 here basically I wanted it to I had a
0.179 lot of trees for this shoot so one of
0.179 the main considerations was I wanted the
0.179 home the return to home to be more than
0.179 20 meters so I put it up to 30 meters
0.179 and I launched it and I made sure my
0.179 home point was set where there was no
0.179 trees above so taking off and landing it
0.179 was really important to be to make sure
0.179 that the home point was set for that
0.179 takeoff and landing position now what
0.179 you need to do with that is something
0.179 really important that is that you want
0.179 to make sure you fly 10 meters up on
0.179 your first takeoff because then it
0.179 actually sets the home point and very
0.179 accurately and it will then fly back it
0.179 will fly to that altitude and will fly
0.179 back and it will land within like you
0.179 know half a meter within like 250
0.179 millimeters it&;ll land really really
0.179 close to where it took off but if you
0.179 just kind of go up three meters and then
0.179 and then fly forward and then kind of
0.179 maneuver the drone under you know 2 or 3
0.179 meters off the ground
0.179 that tends to not be very accurate when
0.179 it comes returned to home and if you&;re
0.179 around trees it&;s really critical that
0.179 it returns to home correctly and lands
0.179 correctly like straight up and down
0.179 because if it doesn&;t you&;ll hit a tree
0.179 you&;ll clip something and it won&;t be
0.179 it&;ll be your fault because you didn&;t
0.179 set the drone off correctly from the
0.179 right point so it says it I think in
0.179 here maybe it tells you that you&;ve got
0.179 to go up to that altitude no the other
0.179 one I did was I was in I was right on
0.179 the edge of a major airport zone so I
0.179 run an app that tells me that it&;s five
0.179 point five kilometers away and I was
0.179 about five point five comments running
0.179 the edge of it so the app was telling me
0.179 that I wasn&;t able to fly there but as
0.179 soon as I fired up the DJI it let me fly
0.179 there and didn&;t have any warnings so
0.179 means I was about five point I was
0.179 between five kilometers and five point
0.179 five kilometers from an airport so what
0.179 was really important there is that I
0.179 didn&;t fly too high because I didn&;t
0.179 want to be in anyone&;s flight path so I
0.179 kept to the drone probably around 100
0.179 meters is all I went up but I kept it
0.179 200 so if I did get a little bit excited
0.179 or if I wanted to go a little bit higher
0.179 to get that Primera shot that I wasn&;t
0.179 gonna go over 200 and go into any flight
0.179 paths or anything like that so I kept
0.179 really careful
0.179 I kept my eye on the drone the whole
0.179 time and never let my eye off the joint
0.179 I made sure I knew where the drone was
0.179 at all times so that&;s a really cool
0.179 feature and sitting there you know if
0.179 you&;re only doing a real estate
0.179 photography gig or something that
0.179 doesn&;t go very high you know set that
0.179 to 100 set that to 80 like there&;s no
0.179 need to fly a super high if you don&;t
0.179 need to and then max distance I didn&;t
0.179 have anything set for that I just left
0.179 all those but you can set a thinking max
0.179 distance to fly away
0.179 you&;ve got to enable that I didn&;t have
0.179 any that set I didn&;t need any of that
0.179 set so that was all the settings I&;ve
0.179 pretty much had didn&;t change any of
0.179 these but as I said there was a little
0.179 bit of a twitch in the controller and
0.179 everything so there would be it&;s fine
0.179 would probably if I flew with this drone
0.179 particularly again I would jump into
0.179 these settings and I would look up look
0.179 at this a little bit a little bit more
0.179 depth to make sure that the settings
0.179 weren&;t so twitchy and weren&;t so yeah I
0.179 guess it was like really it had some
0.179 micro moves and stuff without that I
0.179 wasn&;t didn&;t feel like I was
0.179 introducing when I was flying it but
0.179 they were there so I had to just work
0.179 with that as I was flying so yeah that&;s
0.179 kind of the settings that I had for that
0.179 so this is for like I said something
0.179 that I can use in a 25 frames per second
0.179 timeline and I can slow down the footage
0.179 like shot in 60 P to get that
0.179 slow-motion feel so I kind of shot
0.179 everything a little bit quicker than
0.179 real time so I was sort of flying the
0.179 drone quite fast I wasn&;t doing I wasn&;t
0.179 doing really slow moves I was using the
0.179 drone quite quickly with these settings
0.179 so what I&;ll do now is I&;ll show you how
0.179 we just set up the drone to shoot in the
0.179 a normal mode like a normal shooting
0.179 mode so come across to here now 100 ISO
0.179 again this is during the day and I would
0.179 probably shoot around depending on what
0.179 I was looking at but around 3 to 4
0.179 aperture so not as wide or not as big
0.179 aperture so I don&;t need as much detail
0.179 in the shot so around about 4 and then I
0.179 would shoot at one over
0.179 51 over 60 it&;s gonna let me do in this
0.179 mode so what I&;ll do is I&;ll change my
0.179 shutter so go into video size and I&;ll
0.179 go to 24 frames per second and I would
0.179 probably shoot if I was going to be
0.179 using the footage and we&;re wanting to
0.179 get that crisp quality great quality I
0.179 probably shoot in the 4k at 24 frames
0.179 per second
0.179 something like that so 30 30 frames per
0.179 second can give you a little bit more
0.179 smoothness but I find that 24 on 24 at
0.179 50 frames per second like I mentioned
0.179 before so coming back over to the
0.179 settings here and setting this to 50
0.179 frames per second a 50 shutter sorry 50
0.179 shutter so essentially the shutter then
0.179 is going to be double the frame rate so
0.179 24 frames per second and we&;re going to
0.179 shoot the shot at 50 and that tends to
0.179 give me a really nice shutter effect and
0.179 really nice feel to the footage some
0.179 people would like to shoot in 30 frames
0.179 per second and then conform it to 24 but
0.179 I find that 24 and 50 shutter works
0.179 really well as well and looks really
0.179 clean out of the DJI phantom so and
0.179 everything similar here I might then
0.179 choose depending on the day a different
0.179 setting for this if I knew that say I
0.179 was gonna be flying and I was going to
0.179 be turning the drone and going from a
0.179 cloudy sort of the clouds into the Sun
0.179 then instead of letting this auto I
0.179 might then set it on either cloudy or
0.179 sunny depending on what I wanted to be
0.179 the subject of the shot so if I was
0.179 turning from clouds to Sun and I wanted
0.179 to feature the Sun like the shot I&;m
0.179 about to show you now which actually I
0.179 shot on the Mavic Pro but just to show
0.179 you what that looks like coming up over
0.179 a mountain and then into a Sun scene
0.179 then I would set it to sunny so that I
0.179 know that the white balance is not going
0.179 to shift on me when I&;m coming into that
0.179 you know the hero of that shot which is
0.179 the sunset coming into the sensor so you
0.179 don&;t want the auto white balance to
0.179 begin to shift on you and then shift all
0.179 the colors because then you have to
0.179 that later in post so it&;s really then
0.179 good to use sunny for that and then like
0.179 I say if it&;s cloudy if there&;s a big
0.179 lot of clouds and rain or something that
0.179 I&;m wanting to feature and I&;m coming
0.179 from a sunny area or like a grassy area
0.179 and then pounding up into a sunny area
0.179 then I would want to use cloudy and then
0.179 set it for the cloud scene so that
0.179 you&;re not getting shifts in the white
0.179 balance but today it was all good I shot
0.179 an auto white balance and the footage
0.179 looks great so the style then I would
0.179 also keep standard I know there&;s other
0.179 settings for this that some people have
0.179 dialed in and if I was to be with a
0.179 drone for like a week or two or three
0.179 and shot for three or four times with it
0.179 then I&;d probably begin to dial in some
0.179 settings that I was liking in post as
0.179 well but for that I said it flat and I
0.179 was happy with that today so all the
0.179 other things would be the same
0.179 overexposed is probably good to use
0.179 sometimes because that will show you
0.179 where in the scene there&;s it&;ll give
0.179 you the Zebras to show you what&;s
0.179 overexposed in the scene but I use the
0.179 histogram over here so there&;s no issues
0.179 with that I could have had that on or
0.179 off and it wouldn&;t have mattered too
0.179 much so there my settings for 24 frames
0.179 per second and getting a cinematic look
0.179 out of your drone and knowing that
0.179 that&;s shooting in real time so that&;s
0.179 the way that I would cover it and shoot
0.179 it in real time then I would be more
0.179 think more about my moves I would
0.179 probably like not fly the drone so fast
0.179 knowing that I&;m not going to be able to
0.179 slow it down if I&;m shooting in 24
0.179 frames per second well guys thanks so
0.179 much for watching that&;s my settings
0.179 that I used to capture the footage that
0.179 you saw in the video on the DJI phantom4
0.179 Pro and you know what after flying&;s
0.179 today after looking at the footage that
0.179 I&;ve captured one of the things that I
0.179 thought was I&;m probably going to wait
0.179 until the Phantom 5 comes out and then
0.179 I&;m gonna buy one of these I&;m gonna get
0.179 a secondhand phantom 4 because it&;s a
0.179 rock-solid drone the footage looks
0.179 incredible and I know what I&;m getting I
0.179 know what I can get out of it I had the
0.179 Mavic Pro I love that drone the Mavic 2
0.179 pro looks awesome as well but the travel
0.179 aspect of it is great but when I go to a
0.179 shoot I&;m taking gear anyway and you
0.179 know a bag like this an extra bag like
0.179 this when you know you&;re going to a
0.179 commercial shoot is not that bad it&;s
0.179 not like the worst thing ever I just
0.179 like the image quality out of the
0.179 Phantom sensor and you know they&;re
0.179 going to come on the market much much
0.179 cheaper already I&;m seeing these for
0.179 like 1,300 1,200 1,300 1,400 Aussie
0.179 dollars so represents great value right
0.179 now in the drone market so thanks so
0.179 much for watching this video you guys
0.179 subscribe if you haven&;t already to the
0.179 channel you won&;t be disappointed in the
0.179 content that I&;m going to be producing
0.179 I&;ve got a patreon page as well if you
0.179 haven&;t checked that out already I&;ll
0.179 put the links down below to that
0.179 basically I&;m just doing deep dive
0.179 content content that I can&;t really
0.179 share with you here about clients and
0.179 the way that I do business so make sure
0.179 you check that out and give us a thumbs
0.179 up
0.179 we&;ll see you in the next video bye for
0.179 now
